7th Annual Wylie Juneeenth Vendor Form

IMPORTANT:

Vendor applications will be reviewed by the Juneteenth Committee. Spots are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation notice. Confirmations will go out starting May 9th and will continue on a rolling bases until spots are filled.

REQUIREMENTS:

Vendors must provide own tables, tablecloths, canopies, chairs, signage, and generator for electricity (if required).

8:30 AM | 10 x 10 Canopies Only | Pricing Must Be Displayed

FOOD LICENSE REQUIRMENTS:

Cottage Industry, Food Truck, and Prepared Food Vendors are required to have a Collin County Health Department permit to serve at this event, unless otherwise exempt. Food handlers license will need to be displayed and are subject to inspections on the spot. Please email [email protected] with any additional questions. Fire extinguishers are required for prepared food vendors.
