Application deadline: Due 5:00 PM by June 5, 2024
Submit printed applications to vendors@wyliejuneteenth.org if you are not able to use the google form.
Vendor applications will be reviewed by the Wylie Juneteenth Committee.
Vendor Responses: Responses will roll out on a first come first served basis between May 15th - June 10th
Set-Up: 8:30 am | 10 x 10 Canopies Only | Pricing must be displayed
Requirements: Vendors must provide own table, tablecloth, 10x10 canopy, chairs, signage
Food Vendors: Cottage Industry, Food Truck, and Prepared Food Vendors are required to have a Collin County Health Department permit to serve at this event, unless otherwise exempt. Temporary permits can be issued for small vendors through Collin County for $52 (Temp Food Permit Application), please contact Collin County directly for details, and please note applications for Temporary Food Permits must be submitted to Collin County by May 10th. Inspectors will be on site to check permits and food license permits. Please email vendors@wyliejuneteenth.org with additional questions. Also, fire extinguishers are required for ALL prepared food vendors.
1. Non-Profit organizations - Pet adoption groups, voter registration, blood drives, Girl Scouts, non-partisan organizations, religious groups, churches, may apply for complimentary booth space at any market based on availability ~ No Fee
2. Healthy Living & Professional Services - Workout or fitness-based businesses, chiropractic care, MLM (beauty, fitness, wellness, etc.) or other vendor types that do not fit within the traditional boundaries of the vendor listings above; plus vendors who sell memberships or health & wellness products ~ $60.00
3. Cottage Industry - Pre-packaged & sealed foods, pre-packaged & sealed baked goods, pre-packaged & sealed herbal products made-at-home; pre-packaged & sealed culinary products from any operation that has changed the form, flavor, blend and/or the substance of raw products using as many market products as available (preference given to those vendors who use local products); please note products must not be open for tasting or you will need a Health Permit ~ $85.00
4. Artisan - Beauty, Skincare products, Jewelry, Art, Ceramics, T-Shirts, Accessories ~ $85.00
5. Prepared Food Vendors (Tented or Food Trucks) - Fresh made-to-order foods, iced beverages, desserts or food directly served to attendees; this includes any vendor that offers freshly made food and drinks available for sale and immediate consumption on-site or to-go. These products may be hot or cold ready-to-eat foods or drinks and require a Collin County Health Department Permit ~ $175.00
